AI Local Growth Inc. ("ALG," "we," "us") provides AI-powered growth infrastructure for home service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

Our primary service model is Build and Release (B&R). We build AI-powered growth infrastructure and deploy it into your business within 21 days. Once deployed, you own the infrastructure. The Growth Partner retainer is a separate, optional engagement for ongoing optimization.
As a client, you agree to:
You own your data. All contacts, conversations, records, and customer information collected through our systems belong to you. If you cancel, we export all data to you within 30 business days at no additional charge.
Our performance guarantee is outlined in your individual client agreement. General guarantee terms: 2x booked jobs within 90 days of full implementation. Specific terms, conditions, and exclusions are detailed in your signed agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Local Growth Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All content on ailocalgrowth.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AI Local Growth Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Our infrastructure integrates with third-party platforms for CRM, communications, analytics, and advertising. These services are governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions, policy changes, or pricing adjustments.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
